Welcome to the SANGU STORIES podcast by The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands. Sangu, conch shells were ceremoniously blown to announce special news in the ancient Maldives. Inspired by this beautiful tradition, we have created Sangu as the voice of the island. The Ritz-Carlton Maldives is located on the Fari Islands, an archipelago of three-integrated luxury brands - The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Patina and Capella, redefines the luxury landscape of the Maldives, offering both social and serenity. A vibrant scene of culinary, fashion, art and sustainability brings an interesting collection of guests and partners to the Maldives, to embrace the island life in a new light. A first of its kind in the Maldives, this podcast is designed to share our stories. The architecture and design, the locally-inspired offerings, rich culinary landscape, sustainability efforts under the Community Footprints project and many more interesting topics are discussed and debated during this series.
