A sixteen-year-old with a shotgun stormed a Bend, Oregon elementary school Thursday afternoon and killed three children aged five, eight and eleven and a teacher before he was himself killed by an armed bystander who happened to be a parent with two children at the school. The Vatican announced Pope Leo XIV has lung cancer after he underwent successful surgery to remove a part of his lung.
